Pallet flow solutions
DLS has become the proud manufacturer and distributor of the pallet live storage systems formerly manufactured and supplied by Nedcon. This can be divided in two product groups:
- Gravity pallet roller tracks, in many configurations for all sorts of pallet types and directions.
- Gravity pallet carrier tracks, a specific solution for low quality pallets.
Steel rollers
Special DLS rollers contain an axle throughout the full width of the roller, rather than using stub
axles at each end. Load-bearing rollers are available with steel ball bearings with maximum loads
of 160 kg to 240 kg per roller. The lubricated bearings can be used in chilled areas. Rollers are
available in (galvanized) steel in any length.
Controlled pallet transportation
The combination of pallet quality, weight and conveyor gradient determine the transportation speed
of the pallets. Brake rollers can be used to control the transportation speed of the pallets on the
conveyor, particularly when using a variety of pallet weights or if the loads are unstable.
To avoid line pressure on the front pallet of a pick face and separate it, a separator can be
mounted. Various types are available depending on the application.

* Full width rollers for use with lift trucks
* Narrow track rollers for use with lift trucks with a fixed mast
* Guide rollers when precision is required or in an AS/RS
* Floor tracks for use with manual pallet jacks
* Push-back protection to prevent pallets protruding into the rack operating aisles.
* Separators built in with or without a foot release.
* Mesh fall protection for multi-tier systems
