The DLS accumulating conveyor is suitable for an enormous variety of
products, packaging types and weights thanks to its dense roller bed. DLS
utilizes aluminum rollers with a diameter of 1.2 inch and a 1.3 inch pitch. The
resulting roller bed can be used for boxes, totes, trays et al. For example in
logistics and production environments.
Accumulating without sensors, control software on ONE SINGLE DRIVE!
By using the by DLS patented friction-drive™ technology, a mechanical stopper is sufficient to let products accumulate. Due to its unique system
the DLS friction rollers can be powered continuously, even in places where the rollers have stopped, because the cases are held by a stopper.

The functionality of this system has proven itself in the Order Release Modules where these lanes have been employed in large quantities for a
